Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with task management and client coordination.
• Ability to build plan sets and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead land development site designs and related permitting tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and oversee quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
