Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of land development engineering experience.
• PE license required, or EIT with ability to obtain PE within 6–12 months.

• Experience with drainage, hydrology, erosion control, grading, site development, and land surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Create detailed designs with CAD and Civil 3D.
• Oversee land surveys, grading plans, site development.
• Design drainage and stormwater management systems.
• Develop and monitor erosion control plans.
