Ideal candidate has 1–3 years of land development design experience, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D and related tools, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience in land development design and management.
• Experience with land development applications is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of zoning/planning exhibits and utilities design.

Aufgaben

• Create CAD drawings and details for site, subdivision, and infrastructure plans.
• Prepare full sets of construction plans and related exhibits.
• Design site layouts, water, sanitary, and storm sewer systems.
• Coordinate with staff and assist project managers with submittals.
