Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a junior Civil Engineer to collaborate on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will design site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, perform grading analyses, and assist with permit applications and construction drawings to support a 2026 start.

We value strong English communication, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (0–2 years experience), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 0–2 years related experience.
• Must be fluent in English and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.
• Prepares and computes surveys, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.
• Assists in production of final construction drawings and permit applications.
• Attends client and public meetings and supports project managers as requested.
