Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development/construction.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Extensive knowledge of stormwater and drainage systems.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and design accuracy skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise civil construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies with data analysis and reporting.
• Lead project staff and manage construction and maintenance activities at sites.
• Inspect sites for conformance to design specs and safety standards.
• Estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Test soils and materials to ensure foundation integrity.
• Provide technical design and construction guidance to stakeholders.
• Assess traffic patterns and environmental conditions for project impact.
• Design transportation or hydraulic systems following standards using design tools.
