Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 3+ years of civil engineering experience.
• EIT preferred; active licensure a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD and SewerCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft site plans ( preliminary and final ) using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Analyze survey data and site conditions, including ALTA and easements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for project direction.
• Provide construction support like permit applications and quantity estimates.
• Utilize engineering software and communicate effectively with team.
