Job summary

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of site design experience to join our employee-owned team. You will design subdivision, land development, and municipal projects, develop stormwater reports, and support permitting and client meetings.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) with EIT; PE preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and stormwater modeling tools (HydroCAD, SWMM) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of relevant civil/site design experience.
• EIT required; PE license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (HydroCAD, SWMM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design subdivision, land development, and public improvement plans.
• Develop stormwater management reports and modeling.
• Create erosion and sediment control plans and construction cost estimates.
• Assist in preparing municipal submissions and permit applications.
• Attend client, municipal, and agency meetings with senior engineers.
• Support compliance reviews for zoning and development ordinances.

What you Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

• EIT required; PE license preferred

• Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD, SWMM)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania land development regulations is a plus
