Job summary

Keystone Consulting Engineers in Allentown seeks a Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team. You will design subdivision, land development, and public improvement plans, and develop stormwater reports while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (ABET-accredited) with 5+ years of site design experience, EIT, and familiarity with HydroCAD/SWMM. Office software skills are essential; Pennsylvania regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 5 years of relevant civil/site design experience
  • EIT required; PE license preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (HydroCAD, SWMM)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to design subdivision, land development, and public improvement plans.
  • Develop stormwater management reports and modeling.
  • Create erosion & sediment control plans and construction cost estimates.
  • Assist in preparing municipal submissions and permit applications.
  • Attend client, municipal, and agency meetings alongside senior engineers.
  • Support compliance reviews for zoning and development ordinances.
  • Gain experience and mentorship to grow into greater project responsibilities.

What You Will Do

What you Bring
