Responsibilities

• Site Plan Excellence: Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Dive into project survey data to assess existing site conditions, considering legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare a variety of reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer's opinion on probable costs, project schedules, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm sewer reports, permit applications, stormwater reports, soils reports, earthwork volume calculations, StormCAD reports, WaterCAD reports, and preliminary grading.
• Construction Support: Provide construction‑related services such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals; organize site plans, construction plans, and construction documents under senior staff guidance.
• Engineering Software: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments efficiently, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with current staff, ensuring seamless project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of experience
• AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred

Compensation

$75,000 — $120,000 USD
