Job summary

4Creeks, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. You will work under a licensed Civil Engineer on diverse private development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial real estate, and industrial parks.

The role emphasizes project management, budget oversight, and quality control, with potential mentoring of Engineers‑In‑Training and CAD staff. Office-based work predominates.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years post-licensure civil engineering and project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Design a wide variety of private development projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Assist in managing project budgets and building client relationships.
  • Quality control of Land Development projects and overall project management.
  • Mentoring of Engineers‑In‑Training and CAD Production staff; primarily office work.

Job description

Responsibilities

4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer on our Land Development team. Responsibilities include designing a wide variety of private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks. Other responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of Land Development projects and overall project management. In addition to managing projects, this role may include the management and mentoring of Engineers‑In‑Training and CAD Production staff. This position will include primarily office work.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure experience in civil engineering and project management.

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

  • Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer.

  • The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in preparation of plans, engineering design for various engineering projects, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience using AutoCAD (version 2019 or higher, Civil 3D preferred) is required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required.


Compensation

Salary will be determined by candidate skill and experience level and will be highly competitive with industry standards. Benefits package includes employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annual salary.
