Land Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and assist with site layouts, grading, stormwater, and utility plans

• Coordinate with team members and clients to develop efficient and compliant plans

• Prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications

• Participate in zoning and entitlement processes

Qualifications:

• EIT required; PE preferred

• 3+ years of relevant experience in land development design
