Job summary
A renewable energy company is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for a hands-on role in Millwood, WV. The intern will assist in site development, engage in civil designs, and learn critical skills such as operating Trimble GPS Equipment and AutoCAD. Ideal candidates are Master's students in Engineering with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering. The internship will occur from May/June 2026 through August 2026 and does not provide relocation assistance. A great opportunity to gain experience in renewable energy solutions.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Master's of Engineering academic program.
Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
1–4 years of relevant design experience including PV design preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Prepare engineering deliverables, including plan and elevation drawings.
Develop site assessments and review soil borings.
Communicate with Project Managers about scheduling.
Organize and maintain project design documents.
Support the Civil Engineer with grading and stormwater management designs.
