Qualifications

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design deliverables for land development (grading, drainage, utilities).
• Analyze site constraints and evaluate design alternatives to meet objectives.
• Develop permitting materials and coordinate responses for approvals.
• Prepare calculations and technical deliverables with clear documentation.
• Coordinate with managers, clients, agencies and teams to support delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality outcomes.
