In this role, you will support the planning, design, and production of civil engineering projects across Transportation, Wastewater, Drainage, Land Development, Survey, and Construction/Inspection while learning under senior engineers. The position emphasizes collaboration with project managers, mentors, and other EITs, with opportunities to develop technical skills, deliver high-quality services, and

Qualifications

• Assist with preparation of scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Run lead on preparation of plans, reports, and submittals.
• Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
• Provide and teach engineering best practices to younger staff.
• Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.
