AE2S is seeking an Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) in Rapid City, SD to grow under supervision on water and municipal projects. You will assist in plans, specs, estimates, and fieldwork, with exposure to design, construction, and reporting processes.

The role emphasizes personal and career development, teamwork, and travel for site work. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and FE certification are preferred, with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience advantageous.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) certification preferred.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Perform construction observation and administration on water and municipal projects.
• Assist Project Manager with plans, specs, and estimates.
• Assist in design and construction of site design, streets, water/sewer infrastructure, and municipal facilities.
• Support survey teams with field data gathering and staking.
• Prepare technical reports.
