Harris & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Engineer I, II or III to support water resources projects in California. You will assist Project Managers and Engineers, prepare plans, specs and estimates, and contribute to technical memoranda and design calculations.
The role requires a civil engineering degree and may prefer an Engineer in Training certification, with 0–5 years of relevant experience. AutoCAD proficiency is essential for producing design drawings and documentation.

From planning and alternatives analysis through detailed design and engineering support during construction, we partner with local agencies to modernize critical infrastructure and strengthen communities across Northern and Southern California. The annual salary range offered for this position is $83,000 – $120,000. Actual pay offered will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
