Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in civil/site or environmental engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in PA and/or NJ.
• Experience with PADEP/NJDEP regulations and permitting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Design civil site layouts, stormwater systems, utilities, and grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare and submit permit applications for stormwater, wastewater, erosion control, and site development.
• Conduct field inspections and support construction oversight for infrastructure and environmental systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and CAD designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and provide technical support to clients.
