Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil or underground utility construction, project management, and contract administration.
• Oregon PE license required within six months of hire.
• Four-year engineering degree and four years of professional engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer municipal sewer and stormwater construction contracts from procurement through construction and warranty, coordinating project teams and ensuring contractual obligations, schedules, budgets, and safety requirements are met.
• Review project plans for constructability, advise on sewer construction and risk mitigation, and coordinate technicians, consultants, and other bureau teams.
