Job Overview

This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at our facility based in Rock Hill, SC. We are looking for a New Grad Structural Engineer or Structural Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
• Grow and develop extensive technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
• Work in teams to resolve critical issues impacting the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
• Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with Westinghouse customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Other disciplines will not be considered.
• 3.0+ GPA.
• Passion for technical design and analysis.
• Eagerness to learn and master engineering software required.
• Desire to obtain, with a long‑term goal of obtaining P.E./E.I.T.
• Values safety & quality.
• Eager to learn the design and operation of pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plants.
• Able to develop and deliver technical presentations for issues such as project status, problem resolution, and engineering recommendations.

Salary

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
