Responsibilities

• Prepare site-development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Develop engineering design considerations and support permitting efforts for land-development projects.
• Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal discipline teams.
• Produce and refine Civil 3D models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
