Job summary

Olsson's Industrial Environmental team seeks a Civil Engineer to deliver innovative design solutions. You will apply broad engineering knowledge to diverse assignments, supervise staff, and manage project scope, budget, and timelines. A professional engineer license is required.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to client proposals, with a focus on environmental design, solid waste facilities, and mining reclamation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant civil or environmental engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline.
• Coordinates staff and manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Performs design calculations and analyzes alternatives.
• Communicates findings through technical reports and client briefings.
• Drives project delivery to meet timelines and client expectations.
