Atwell, LLC in Denver is seeking a Civil Engineer EIT to join our growing team. You will support project teams by leading design aspects and addressing engineering issues across diverse projects, collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 2-4 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading design, 3-D modeling, technical writing, MS Office, and plan interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, with leadership of design aspects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading design, technical writing, 3-D modeling, MS Office, and plan interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on assignments, providing technical training and guidance.
• Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals.
• Draft, review, and finalize project deliverables including site plans, engineering reports, cost estimates, project schedules, permit applications, and due diligence reports.
• Make edits and modifications to plans based on client and agency feedback.
• Research local/state zoning requirements for properties and projects.
• Conduct site visits and field assignments.
• Analyze site survey data and consider development factors.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Update Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status.
• Apply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations.
