You will support project teams by leading design aspects, preparing documents, and addressing engineering issues across a variety of development projects, while collaborating with project managers, teammates, and clients.

The role offers growth, hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D experience, and exposure to site planning, grading design, and technical writing within a supportive, award-winning firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, with leadership in design preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading design, 3-D modeling, and technical writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals.
• Draft, review, and finalize deliverables including site plans, engineering reports, cost estimates, project schedules, permit applications, and due diligence reports.
• Make edits based on client and agency feedback.
• Research local/state zoning requirements for properties and projects.
• Conduct site visits and field assignments.
• Analyze site survey data and development factors.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments.
