Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer EIT to join our land and site development teams in Novi/Detroit, MI, working on complex redevelopment projects for multi-family, retail, corporate, and industrial clients.

You will oversee design coordination, prepare construction documents, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• An EIT Civil Engineer with 3+ years of land/site development experience.
• Experience in civil/land development projects including municipal-type work.
• Strong consulting skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction documents for site development, water resources, and civil projects.
• Provide technical guidance and sustain project processes.
• Represent Arcadis with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
