Job summary

The position emphasizes ePlan coordination (ProjectDox), records management, and customer inquiries, with on-site work hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm, supporting timely permitting services.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED, supplemented by college level courses in higher mathematics (algebra, trigonometry, geometry) and civil engineering
• Four (4) years of para-professional engineering experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be accepted

Responsibilities

• Receipt and process building plan submissions.
• Quality control of plans, applications and workflows.
• Manage plans log, stamping and archiving per retention schedule.
• Ensure ePlan (ProjectDox) accessibility and reliability for internal and external users.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers about plan review and permitting requirements.
• Other duties as assigned
