Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Carlson, Microsoft Office, and Windows-based applications.
• ArcGIS and HydroCAD familiarity is a plus.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design roadways, residential developments, commercial sites, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Perform stormwater management design and modeling.
• Prepare grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility plans.
• Coordinate Town, State, and Federal permitting efforts.
• Develop projects from conceptual planning through construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and technical staff throughout the design process.
• Support project coordination, scheduling, and client communication.
• Assist with technical analyses and preparation of reports.

This role offers the opportunity to work on residential, commercial, municipal, and roadway improvements from initial concept through construction, providing excellent exposure to all phases of project delivery and long term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design roadways, residential developments, commercial sites, and utility infrastructure projects
• Perform stormwater management design and modeling
