Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with experience designing and managing civil engineering projects to support aviation clients. This is a full-time, permanent position in Hunt Valley, MD that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Document Development (Plans, Specifications, and Quantities/Estimates)
2. Project Meeting Coordination (Organize and Run Meetings)
3. Maintain current department organizational and quality control standards and update as and where necessary.
4. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
5. Perform design computations
6. Coordinate with and/or manage project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines

Required Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited program
2. Professional Engineer License or equivalent
3. 4-8 years experience in civil design
4. Task management experience
5. Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer/MicroStation
6. Detailed Construction Costs Estimating
7. Technical Specification Writing
8. Proficient in MS Office Software
9. In-depth knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, Engineering Briefs, and Orders
10. Working knowledge of DoD Unified Facilities Criteria
11. Working knowledge of Project Management skills (Schedules, budgets, etc.)
12. Supervisory role on project task experience
13. Road/Highway Design Experience
