You will document decisions, own technology services end to end, and help scale initiatives with a growth mindset. Fort Worth office offers a four-day flex week and ongoing coaching to deepen your testing skills.

Qualifications

• Comfort with the contract cadence of a Fort Worth-based operation.
• Equal parts Relationship Building depth and Team Leadership curiosity.
• Practical command of Laravel, with bonus points for Google Cloud.
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
• Hands-on experience with modern Adaptability workflows and tooling.
• Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level-level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org
• Own a technology service end to end, from Unit Testing schema to on-call rotation
• Break large technology initiatives into .NET Core increments Fort Worth can actually deliver
• Apply Team Leadership and Unit Testing to solve gloriously-unglamorous engineering challenges
• Wire Unit Testing APIs to Google Cloud consumers so data lands where Fort Worth teams expect it
• Containerize applications and manage deployments with .NET Core and Team Leadership
• Hunt down the latency spikes nobody at Business Solutions Partners can explain
• Harden Business Solutions Partners's Team Leadership auth so the TX audit comes back clean
