Lancesoft is seeking a Civil Engineer in West Nyack, NY for temp-to-hire opportunities. The role supports power delivery construction and diverse projects, with a pay range of 30-40 USD per hour on a W2 arrangement.

Responsibilities include supporting engineers on multiple projects and delivering quality work. Local candidates only; remote work is not available. Salary is 30–40 USD/hr on W2, DOE.

• Engineering degree required (Civil or Mechanical).
• 0–4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Title: Civil Engineer

Location: West Nyack, NY

Duration: Temp-to-Hire (after a min. Of 520 hrs worked)

Pay Range: $30.00- $40.00/hr. On W2 (DOE)
