You will coordinate with clients, public agencies, project teams, and field staff through surveying, design, construction verification, and permitting, while supporting project management and maintaining design quality.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• At least five years of commercial land development or site design experience.
• Engineer-in-Training certification required.

Design commercial site plans and residential subdivisions, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Coordinate with clients, public agencies, project teams, and field staff throughout surveying, design, construction verification, and permitting, while supporting project management and maintaining design quality.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field, at least five years of commercial land development or site design experience, and Engineer-in-Training certification are required. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experienced in site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and residential subdivision design; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
