Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide design technical support for NAVFAC Northwest in the Puget Sound area. The role focuses on site civil design, utilities, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least six years of design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required (Green Card holders are not eligible to apply).
  • Must pass a T1 security background check.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of design management and/or design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with site civil design, utilities, and stormwater systems.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and support site layout and grading design, water and sanitary sewer systems, and stormwater calculations and design.
  • Evaluate civil design documents for compliance with applicable codes, UFC criteria, and project requirements.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design review and coordination.
