• Work to complete design details and plan sets for commercial and residential projects.
• Obtain plan approval from required government agencies.
• Manage projects effectively and efficiently.
• Complete engineering feasibility studies.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in Civil Engineering Land Development Design.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

Work Environment

The position requires working 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a lunch break. You will be part of a team of four other CAD Technicians, split between engineering and surveying, utilizing Civil 3D and Carlson software for drafting and design on surveying and engineering documents. The role involves using two monitors to perform production drafting. The organization offers significant growth opportunities within land development, environmental departments, and internal employee growth from Civil Engineer to EIT to PE. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
