Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team in Minnesota. You will perform design and drafting using Civil 3D for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout, supporting stormwater and drainage design with hydrology calculations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of civil engineering design experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience or exposure to drainage and stormwater design preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and drafting using Civil 3D for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.
