Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• EIT certification or eligibility within 12 months.
• Foundational knowledge of structural analysis and design.
• Experience with concrete structures (coursework or internship).
• Proficiency with construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Exposure to concrete design, construction techniques, or materials.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ACI, SDI, ASCE, and IBC.
