Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience to provide engineering services across all project phases under the supervision of the Project Manager.

The role covers civil/site design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and water/wastewater system analyses for diverse projects in the Glen Mills area. Responsibilities include preparing technical documents, coordinating utilities, and delivering tasks on time and within budget, both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering Preferred) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and oversee civil/site design for parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support land development, roadway, culvert, and bridge projects.
• Assist with the design and analysis of water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare reports, calculations, and technical documents.
• Conduct utility coordination and support the preparation of construction documents.
• Manage assigned tasks to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, operating with limited supervision while demonstrating sound judgment and technical expertise.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

We are seeking a mid-level position with 3+ years of experience. This individual will provide engineering services on all phases of an assigned project under the supervision of the Project Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Contribute to and oversee civil/site design for a wide variety of projects, including parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support land development, roadway, culvert, and bridge projects.
• Assist with the design and analysis of water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare reports, calculations, and technical documents.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient in AutoCAD® Civil 3d computer aided design software
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software including, but not limited to Word Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Proficient in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software
• Ability to solve problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks on schedule and within budget
• Excellent time management skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering Preferred) from an accredited four-year college or university
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) preferred

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $114,500.00 Annually
