Job summary

gpac is seeking a Civil Engineer in Washington state (Federal Way area) with a passion for delivering excellence. The role focuses on planning, design, and management to meet, and exceed, client goals while offering hybrid work options after six months and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of experience, and a PE license or near to obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Ability to Manage and oversee operations - Leading multiple employees.
• Experience in: Land Development, wastewater, water, drainage, roads and bridges, structural, traffic and transportation.
• Civil Design experience is required.
• Ability to analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints.
• Ensure project feasibility and practicality.
• Create designs and construction deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Inspect project sites and deliver results.

Civil Engineer Compensation

• $100,000- $140,000 (negotiable depending upon experience and technical skill-set)
• Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus)
