Job Details
Location: On‑site/Remote (not specified). Salary: $75,000 – $115,000 per year.
Employer: Lincoln Sprague.
Permanent full‑time position offering the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage various civil engineering projects related to construction, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize AutoCAD to design and draft detailed blueprints for construction projects.
- Apply principles of Engineering Design to create innovative and efficient solutions for complex engineering problems.
- Conduct Hydrology studies and assessments to understand the impact of water on construction projects, and develop strategies to manage these effects.
- Participate in Transportation Engineering tasks, including the design and planning of transportation systems within construction projects.
- Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction is carried out as per the design and maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and implement them in your work as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a Civil Engineering role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of Engineering Design principles.
- Experience in Hydrology and Transportation Engineering.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to engineering challenges.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
