Role Description This full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role is based in either our Springdale, AR or our Centerton, AR offices and involves working on a variety of municipal and private development projects. The Civil Engineer will perform design and analysis for water, wastewater, streets, storm drainage, and site development, preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, supporting planning studies, performing calculations, reviewing survey data, and assisting with permitting and regulatory submissions. The role includes collaborating with project managers, surveyors, and CAD technicians, attending project meetings, and responding to technical questions from clients and reviewing agencies. The Civil Engineer will also help monitor project schedules, contribute to quality control reviews, and support construction phase services such as submittal review and field observations.
