2. Prepare AutoCAD drawings, reports, and technical specifications
3. Conduct onsite construction administration and observation services
4. Collaborate with other Engineers on multi-discipline teams
5. Manage time and workload effectively, including delegating tasks to less experienced engineers and CAD technicians

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of civil engineering experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school
3. Registered professional engineer in North Carolina or ability to obtain license within the first 12 months
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Effective written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
2. MicroStation 3D experience
3. Participation in applicable ASCE, NCEES, and/or community activities
4. Demonstrated service-oriented approach to clients
5. Previous experience as a design leader in collaboration with a design team
