Your role as a Civil Engineer

As a new Civil Engineer at Gilmore and Associates, you'll start your day by collaborating with project managers to outline project goals and timelines. You'll engage in the design and analysis of engineering plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting site visits to gather data and assess conditions, as well as preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. You'll also participate in brainstorming sessions with your team to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges. Expect to utilize various software tools for design and simulation while maintaining meticulous documentation of your work.
