Job summary

Passero Associates is seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our St. Augustine, FL office, supporting site development, municipal, and aviation infrastructure projects across the Southeast.

You will develop civil design plans and technical documentation and contribute to project delivery from initial concept through construction closeout. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of progressive civil design experience and strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive civil design experience; AEC consulting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD and ability to produce complete civil construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual site layouts and support project planning and feasibility activities.
• Develop civil construction plans using Civil 3D: alignments, profiles, corridors, surfaces, grading, and pipe networks.
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, pavement and site geometry for airport, municipal, and site projects.
• Prepare permitting packages, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, specifications, and documentation.
• Support contract documents, bid packages, addenda, and revisions during construction.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, clients, and regulators; ensure CAD/Civil 3D standards.
• Provide guidance and Civil 3D support to junior designers and staff.
