Bohler Engineering Group’s Atlanta office is seeking a Project Manager who will lead client portfolios with an entrepreneurial spirit and mentor a team of assistants and designers. You will steer project scope, manage expectations, and build both your personal brand and Bohler’s presence in the local market.

You’ll collaborate with clients, attend public presentations, and help deliver Best-in-Class land development and site design services for commercial, institutional, and residential projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience building and leading high‑performance site design teams.
• Experience growing client relationships and delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

• Run your client portfolio with entrepreneurial spirit and leadership.
• Mentor and develop a team of assistants and designers.
• Serve as quarterback to steer project scope and direction.
• Represent clients at key milestones, hearings and presentations.
