TAIT in Loveland, CO is seeking a Civil Design Project Engineer to lead land development design across commercial and retail sectors. You will manage design engineers and produce construction documents, including grading, drainage, utilities, and profiles.

Role requires B.S. in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and strong communication skills. E.I.T. certification is preferred and a hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of civil engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (2009+), Civil 3D, and hydrology/hydraulics software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• E.I.T. certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design engineers to meet project objectives.
• Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Design alignments, earthwork calculations, and profiles.
• Plan grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Prepare drawings, maps, and exhibits from field data.
• Ensure deliverables meet specs and standards.
