Thomas & Hutton is offering a civil engineering internship in Mount Pleasant, SC, to gain hands-on experience supporting land‑development projects and learning from senior engineers. The role emphasizes teamwork, practical application of coursework, and exposure to industry tools.

You will collaborate with project managers and design teams on site-development tasks, assist with AutoCAD Civil 3D modeling, and help prepare permit packages while developing professional skills for a future

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Interest in land development and site design projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; exposure to Civil 3D preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented setting.

Schedule

On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
(Schedule may be flexible based on academic commitments.)
