Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in Civil Engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MicroStation. PE license is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Working knowledge of state and regional regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of MicroStation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering design and analysis using approved programs and manual calculations.
• Independently develop designs and produce construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Prepare design calculations, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
• Perform CAD work for assigned projects.
• Attend internal project meetings and meetings with clients.
• Assist the Project Manager with project administration, document control, and scheduling.
• Perform other assignments as needed.
