As a pivotal member of our team, the Civil Design Engineer will lead the charge in developing intricate engineering designs, crafting meticulous construction documents, and fostering close collaboration with a diverse spectrum of design professionals, managers, clients, and public agencies. This isn't merely a job it's a chance to seize control of exciting projects and cultivate expertise in designing, planning, cost estimating, and permitting for infrastructure initiatives that invigorate our communities. You'll be immersed in a variety of projects, catering to esteemed clients like the State of Florida (SFWMD, FDOT, etc.), municipalities (West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Royal Palm Beach, etc.), and private developers, providing you with the opportunity to master a comprehensive set of career-building skills.

3-15 years of technical experience in transportation design (Salary Varies based on years of experience. Looking for all levels.)

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

FDOT experience

Experience with MicroStation

Proficient with Microsoft Suite of tools (Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively document design decisions and calculations
