Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT preferred or pursuing licensure.
• 1+ years experience in civil engineering design and site design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD required.
• Knowledge of land development practices and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design civil engineering plans for diverse projects including residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.
• Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD to create detailed engineering drawings and design plans.
• Conduct site assessments and collaborate with local municipalities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform drainage calculations and prepare permit applications for various projects.
• Manage and coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct inspections and surveys during the construction phase to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation as needed.
