Job summary

Bohler’s Red Bank, NJ office is seeking a Design Engineer who’s ready to grow, take on new challenges, and be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of land development along the Jersey Shore.

You’ll support site design from concept to completion, work with engineers, PMs, and clients to deliver practical, buildable solutions, perform design calculations with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and assist with permitting and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of site design experience across residential/commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.
• Attention to detail and curiosity to learn new tools and methods.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver coordinated design packages.
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies.
• Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges.
