Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in the United States is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join a 100% employee-owned firm delivering critical infrastructure in the railroad sector. This remote role lets you contribute from anywhere in the country and benefit from meaningful ownership.

You will prepare civil drawings, use MicroStation and OpenRoads, assist with plan preparation, production and project management, and have opportunities to advance toward a P.E. license.

Qualifications

• Degree in CAD, Drafting or related field is preferred.
• Previous transportation design experience is ideal.

This civil engineering firm, specializing in transportation engineering, act as the link between operating railroads and industrial development. You’ll join a team of licensed engineers and designers, working closely with both the engineering and business development teams.

Here, you’ll have the opportunity to develop beyond pure design work. The company can provide specific training on project management and their industry, as well as supporting individuals who want to work towards their P.E. license. The Role:
