We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and driven Civil Designer to support the design and development of a wide range of civil engineering projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and takes pride in producing high-quality work from the first line on the screen to the final project deliverable.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Civil Designer, you will play an important role throughout the design process. Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing detailed civil engineering designs, plans, and construction documents
• Preparing site development, grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and infrastructure plans
• Working closely with engineers, project managers, surveyors, and other technical professionals
• Producing accurate and organized drawings using industry-standard design software
• Assisting with project layouts, calculations, design revisions, and technical documentation
• Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Coordinating design information across multiple disciplines and project teams
• Helping identify creative and practical solutions to challenging site and infrastructure conditions
• Supporting projects from early conceptual design through construction documentation and completion
• Maintaining strong attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines and priorities

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
